SUBSEA SERVICES
STAPEM Offshore provides full range of diving and ROV services, including provision of saturation diving. STAPEM is IMCA certified member.
Equipment is available in Luanda Port (Sonils Oil Service Center) and in Pointe Noire.
Through the management’s experience gained in Western Africa, STAPEM Offshore has built up a database of competent and certified staff.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Establishing procedures, feasibility studies, general & site specific risk-assessments, project organisation and management, etc.
MAINTENANCE
Development of maintenance programmes, underwater operations including reporting, mounting & replacement of spares, maintenance on loading buoy and offloading hoses, etc.

DIVING/ROV INSPECTION
NDT inspection (MPI, ACFM, CP protection, US thickness measurement, video survey, etc.), providing final documentation with video/pictures reports, assistance to class certification.
CONSTRUCTION
Platform and pipeline removals, spool pieces installation, bolt tensioning, design & installation of Buoyancy Systems as well as anchoring & stabilization systems, welding and cutting works, drilling assistance, etc.
