STAPEM Offshore provides marine, subsea and maintenance services to the Oil & Gas Industry. The company’s back office is based in France giving it the opportunity to provide the highest standards in administration, communication, safety and legal assistance.
Operational in Angola since 1989, STAPEM Offshore has the capability to complete multi-discipline engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and maintenance projects.
Our front office in Angola is located in Luanda Port on Sonils Base with warehouses, workshops, storage yards, transportation facilities and guest houses.
Operations are also organised from Kwanda Base in Soyo and from Porto Amboim Terminal where STAPEM Offshore maintains similar facilities.
Since 2009, STAPEM Offshore has also installed in Pointe-Noire a permanent base from where the society will propose similar services as in Angola.
With more than 20 years of experience, STAPEM Offshore has an excellent reputation within the oil industry in Western Africa, especially in Angola and Congo, where STAPEM Offshore works permanently for national and international major oil companies such as Total, Chevron, ESSO, BP and Sonangol.
